Wendy Griffin is the Vice President for People and Change at the Workers Compensation Board of Nova Scotia. She oversees teams that support the development and execution of strategies to help prevent workplace injuries, and promote a safe and timely return to work. Throughout her career at the WCB, Wendy has held many roles leveraging her extensive experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and change management. Wendy holds a Masters in Health Services Administration and a Masters in Business Administration, both from Dalhousie University.
Originally from Prince Edward Island, Wendy currently resides in Halifax with her son Riley.
