Wendy Griffin has over 25 years of senior public sector leadership. She has a passion for leading transformational change focused on improving outcomes for Nova Scotians. Prior to founding Cura Consulting, she was the Vice-President, Service Excellence with the Workers Compensation Board of Nova Scotia. Throughout her career at the WCB, Wendy held many roles leveraging her extensive experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and change management. Wendy holds a Masters in Health Services Administration and a Masters in Business Administration, both from Dalhousie University.
Originally from Prince Edward Island, Wendy currently resides in Halifax with her son Riley.
