Alexis Fletcher

Alexis was a kind, sensitive and free-spirited teenager who cared deeply about those around her. She was a talented dancer, enjoyed drawing and was loved by her family and friends.

But she was also struggling with feelings of depression. At the age of 17, on December 8, 2015, Alexis passed away as a result of her mental illness.

Today, Alexis’ family is turning their grief into hope for other families through the creation of The Alexis Fletcher IWK Adolescent Mental Health Memorial Endowment Fund.
