I have faced many challenges in my 14 years, but from those struggles have come amazing opportunities.

Caden is a 14-year-old IWK patient with big dreams. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy when he was just a baby, this condition causes him frequent challenges with his muscle tone and mobility. He says living with a disability has opened more doors for him than it’s closed.

This past year he was selected to represent the IWK as the 2016 Children’s Miracle Network Champion Child, presented by Walmart. He is a remarkable young man destined for greatness.
