Natasha Sideris is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience, specializing in strategic financial leadership for start-up and high-growth companies primarily in the Life Sciences sector. As a fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO), she partners with innovative organizations to drive growth, operational excellence, and investor confidence.

Jessica is passionate about women and children's healthcare and committed to ensuring the IWK can continue to provide world-class services for generations to come. Jessica is the Managing Director of the Halifax office of Torys LLP.

Chris is a partner at Torys LLP, where he has practiced corporate and securities law for 30 years. In 2015, he relocated from Toronto to Halifax to establish and lead the Torys Legal Services Centre, which leverages technology and optimized processes to manage high-volume and recurring legal tasks.

He holds degrees in mathematics (actuarial science), business administration (MBA) and law.

Chris has been a member of IWK Health’s Board of Directors since 2019.

Andrew Jefferies is a cyber industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, blending technical expertise with business acumen. As a former partner at Deloitte and an entrepreneur who co-founded Bulletproof Solutions, he’s played a pivotal role in protecting Canada’s critical infrastructure and supporting Atlantic Canada’s business community.

Nicola Ray Smith is the Senior Vice President, Atlantic Region for Scotiabank. She
assumed the position in June 2022 and provides senior leadership to our Scotiabank
network across Atlantic Canada.
