The Grand Slam IWK Staff Lottery is back!
Get your tickets now for the 2023-2024 IWK Grand Slam Staff Lottery presented by Johnson Insurance. You will be entered into the 26 biweekly draws for $500, and the grand prize draw for $10,000!
Only 800 tickets are available; the deadline to order is October 17, 2023.
Tickets are $130 each and payable in one installment or through a payroll deduction of $5 per pay/per ticket.
Early Bird Prize
Staff members who purchase tickets by September 28, 2023, will be entered into the Early Bird draw for a chance to WIN a 64GB 9th generation iPad courtesy of Johnson Insurance!
The Early Bird draw will take place on September 29, 2023.
26 Biweekly Draws for $500
The first $500 draw will take place on November 2, 2023.
Grand Prize Draw
The Grand Prize Draw for $10,000 will take place on October 31, 2024.
How to Purchase Your Ticket(s)
There are two simple ways to purchase your tickets:

- Download and complete the paper form. You must return this form to the IWK Foundation by internal mail, to grandslam@iwkfoundation.org or by fax at 902-470-8000.
