In 2013, Chloe wasn't feeling well. Her mother took her to their local hospital for a check-up. Unable to determine the cause of her illness, the then four-year-old Chloe was sent to the IWK Health Centre. Several tests confirmed her parents' worst fears - Chloe had cancer.

Despite the challenges she's faced, Chloe always looks on the bright side. Even when she's at her worst, she still thinks about giving back and doing things that make other kids happy.
