Gina is a retired Assurance Partner at EY in Halifax with approximately 30 years’ experience providing audit and advisory services to a wide range of public, private, pension and public sector companies in numerous industries. Internally at EY, she was also co-Director of the Atlantic EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award program.

Natasha Sideris is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience, specializing in strategic financial leadership for start-up and high-growth companies primarily in the Life Sciences sector. As a fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO), she partners with innovative organizations to drive growth, operational excellence, and investor confidence.
